Complete Men

Locations: Brunswick Heads

The Complete Men Foundation is a not-for-profit charity providing weekly men's groups in South East Queensland and Northern NSW with an online group for men from other regions. The Foundation offers workshops, individual support and programs for men to engage in, as well as related personal growth activities. The groups offer opportunities for men to connect, share, and seek help with emotional, financial, and relationship challenge.

Mentoring Men

Mentoring Men provides free long-term one-to-one life mentoring for men suffering from mental health challenges like loneliness, anxiety and depression. With the early intervention of a mentor, these challenges can be prevented from escalating into full blown mental health crises. 'Grandparents in Distress’ is a national support group for grandparents experiencing separation from their grandchildren. Parents Beyond Breakup not only supports parents experiencing trauma through family breakdown and separation but also acknowledges the specific issue of grandparent-grandchild contact during custody battles commonly termed ‘parental alienation’ where one side of a child’s family is disadvantaged or removed by the other parent, a factor closely linked to stress, anxiety, depression, isolation and suicide in Australia. Inner City Legal Centre Safe Relationships Project

The Safe Relationships Project provides court assistance and other support for people who are gay, lesbian or bisexual; people who are transgender; and people who are intersex and are experiencing or escaping an abusive relationship. Love Bites is a respectful relationships program created by The National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN). Love Bites Central Coast uses a partnership approach to coordinate the program on the Central Coast. WellMob takes a holistic strength-based approach around Indigenous wellbeing.
