Men typically struggle to talk about how they feel and don’t always have supporting networks around them to be able to share their feelings. Sometimes a supportive ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on, can be all that’s needed. Northern Beaches Men creates a safe environment to share our challenges and feelings, to grow our minds and to build supportive networks of men who can rely on each other while also providing men with new resources.
