Drug and Alcohol Counselling Team of psychologists provides a range of services to address mild to moderate alcohol or other drug use, including:
- The MindReach program that delivers telephone counselling support alongside written materials and actives to address drug and alcohol use, as well as psychological symptoms
- Counselling and brief interventions with a psychologist delivered face-to-face, via video-call or over the phone
- Aftercare support focusing in relapse prevention
- Treatment of existing mental health symptoms.
